Refund policy

Hello from VANA. Here is how returns and exchanges work, in plain words.

  1. Check it at the door. When your order arrives, open it and check your pieces while the courier waits. You have up to 10 minutes.

  2. Changed your mind on the spot? You can refuse the package. You only pay the delivery fee.

  3. Returns within 7 days. Message us on our Instagram page within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all labels attached.

  4. Sale items. Items ordered during a discount period cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Shipping on returns and exchanges. VANA does not cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
